Audience: This is an intermediate-level course designed for Hornbill administrators, who are confident editing Workflows, looking to optimize request management, and particularly change management, with Board Manager.


In this course, you explore how Hornbill’s Board Manager facilitates the creation and management of Kanban boards to streamline workflows and improve task visibility.


You learn to manage different types of workloads, including case workloads, requests, changes, projects, and others, all while automating processes for improved efficiency.


You engage in hands-on labs that guide you through the configuration of board columns, task creation, and task assignments using Board Manager in a ready-made Hornbill environment.


At the end of this course, you will be able to:


     - Understand how to design and configure boards in Hornbill’s Board Manager for task and process tracking.

     - Set up Auto Tasks to automate card tracking, task assignments and notifications.

     - Update and manage Board Manager cards using Service Manager’s Workflows.
