You'll delve into the art of orchestrating cross-functional processes through some Hornbill best practices. You'll be introduced to how tools like Boards, Workflows, and authorizations can serve as effective tools for collaboration across even the most hard-to-reach areas of your business. 


This session forms the foundation of future Academy live sessions on orchestration topics, including Hornbill tools such as ITOM and iBridge. 


Who is this session for?


Hornbill administrators who are senior leaders in their company and who are looking to expand the use of Hornbill across departments.


What do I need to know beforehand?


You'll need some basic Hornbill administration and configuation experience. Some Workflow creation experience is preferred but is not essential.


What will I get from this session?


 

By the end of this session, you will be able to:


  • - Describe the benefits and challenges of orchestration across areas in your business.
  • - Identify and implement some best practices in Hornbill for expanding Workflows to cater for stakeholder authorizations and additional processes.
  • - Explain how Hornbill's Board Manager application can be used for basic collaboration across departments.
